There are many risks in translating a text, some of them derived from the fact that a "new" text is obtained during the process. The challenge is then to produce a translation which transmits the same ideas and does so in the same way as the original.
On the other hand, many pleasures emerge from the activity, including all the knowledge absorbed through the process. So, considering the pros and cons, I believe translation is definitively an adventure worth of trying.
Below you will find my shots at translation.
